Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping destination: We ship Our products globally to the US, Europe, UAE, and India ensuring that customers worldwide have access to Our high-quality supplements.

Order Processing time: xLongevity aims to dispatch all the orders through reputable shipping partners within 5-7 business days. Delivery timelines may be impacted based on advisories issued by the government in respective countries, National holidays, or any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Our control for which xLongevity shall not be held responsible.

Shipping costs: Unless otherwise specified, xLongevity will levy Shipping charges which will either be included in the final cost of the products or would be separately mentioned at the time of final purchase.

Doorstep delivery: In the event of Your request to leave the order at Your doorstep or elsewhere, xLongevity shall not be responsible in as much as it could lead to theft, tampering, spoilage, contamination, etc. xLongevity shall not be liable for non-delivery or any losses/damages arising from the same.

Undeliverable orders: In the event, that a package is returned to Us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, We will attempt to contact the customer to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

xLongevity shall have the right, at Our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.
